The YWCA, in partnership with Mount Olive Baptist Church, will host a one-day Hobbies Fair on July 22nd, 2026, at the YWCA grounds. The event promises a vibrant showcase of creativity and community spirit, bringing together participants of all ages to explore new skills and pastimes.
From craft workshops and table tennis matches to music performances and Bahamian Junkanoo displays, the fair will highlight the joy of learning and collaboration. Organizers say the goal is to encourage young people to spend their time wisely and profitably while fostering intergenerational connections through shared interests.
