YWCA to Host Empowerment Programme for TAPS Students

On October 30, the YWCA Board of Management will host students from the Transitional Alternative Program for Students (TAPS) for a special empowerment programme lasting up to three hours. The event is designed to encourage and inspire the participants through interactive workshops and presentations that reflect the YWCA's commitment to the development of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

The programme will feature presentations by two accomplished women who are passionate about mentoring and uplifting young people.

Mrs. Sabrina Skinner, a dedicated member of the YWCA, will lead the devotional session, offering spiritual encouragement and guidance to the participants.

Joining her will be Mrs. Sophia Knowles Wallace, who will speak on discovering one's purpose, recognizing personal gifts and talents, and building self-confidence. In addition to her presentation, Mrs. Wallace will provide practical demonstrations on makeup application and skincare techniques.

Featured Presenter: Sophia Knowles Wallace
